Altin Lleshi
As Managing Director, Altin has overall responsibility for the consultation and advice on successful delivery of construction projects and takes a hands-on approach to all business operations.
Background Experience
Altin started his career as a Technological Engineer before moving into the construction industry in 2004. In 2007 he joined Keltbray and during his 12 years there progressed to Group Environmental Manager responsible for sustainability and environmental matters across a wide variety of construction, remediation, rail and infrastructure projects.
Over his career, Altin has been involved in a number of successfully delivered projects for clients such as Mace, Lend Lease, NPL, Earls Court Redevelopment Ltd, Multiplex, Skanska, Network Rail, Capco, SSE and Magnox.
Altin has set up a number of entrepreneurships over the years with each and every one of them becoming a successful business.
When starting LBC, Altin was instrumental in setting the business strategy and values that remain a key part of how the business operates today.

Lado carries over 15 years' professional experience within the construction industry and a wealth of pre-construction and infrastructure knowledge into his role as Project Delivery Director at LBC.

Starting his training in advanced physics and then moving into construction management career, Lado has enjoyed a rewarding and successful career in construction.
Lado learnt his craft on the job in small to medium-sized main contracting businesses, undertaking a wide variety of roles covering business marketing, estimating, quantity surveying, design, planning and contracts management, and has learnt from some of the best talent within the industry.
Before LBC, Lado started B-Line Ltd a few years back growing it into a leading industrial and specialist cutting firm, where he worked his way up to Director level, responsible commercially for a successful divisional turnover of £10m+.
